Duties & Responsibilities:
- Facilitates screening patients by checking the test results based on the allowable values and recommends screening status whether passed or failed in accordance with the client’s guidelines.
- Evaluate completeness of medical requirements for “Fit for Sea Duty” recommendation.
- Prepare medical reports and endorsement letters for unfit PEME cases.
- Coordinate with departments to secure test results and support patient screening.
- Prepare monthly census and PEME monitoring reports.
- Address patient inquiries and escalate complaints received through social media platforms.
- Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical, Healthcare, Allied Health, or any related field.
- Experience in PEME processing, medical screening, or healthcare administration is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in documentation, report preparation, and records management.
- Highly organized and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Willing to have Saturday duties.
