About the Job
Job Requirements:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD), Licensed Physician.
- At least 3 years experience in a post-medical facility.
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and communication tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Knowledge in patient care, health promotion, and clinical documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations:
- Oversee daily medical operations with the Medical Operations Director.
- Supervise and evaluate Post Medical Doctors and staff.
- Ensure proper staffing, training, and continuity of operations.
- Prepare medical reports, referrals, and certifications.
- Coordinate with patients, hospitals, and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
Telemedicine & PCR:
- Conduct teleconsultations and issue medical reports/prescriptions.
- Manage PCR-related consultations and result releases.
- Ensure medical coverage after office hours when needed.
Ship Consultation:
- Ensure completion of required forms and proper case documentation.
- Monitor case progress and closure.
MCMI Support:
- Maintain case statistics and support operational improvements.
- Assist in case coordination and teleconsultation assignments.
