About the Job
Job Requirements:
  •  Doctor of Medicine (MD), Licensed Physician 
  •  At least 3 years experience in a post-medical facility
  •  Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and communication tools 
  •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  •  Ability to work independently and under pressure 
  •  Knowledge in patient care, health promotion, and clinical documentation

Key Responsibilities:
Operations:
  •  Oversee daily medical operations with the Medical Operations Director 
  •  Supervise and evaluate Post Medical Doctors and staff 
  •  Ensure proper staffing, training, and continuity of operations 
  •  Prepare medical reports, referrals, and certifications 
  •  Coordinate with patients, hospitals, and stakeholders 
  •  Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports 
Telemedicine & PCR:
  •  Conduct teleconsultations and issue medical reports/prescriptions 
  •  Manage PCR-related consultations and result releases 
  •  Ensure medical coverage after office hours when needed 
Ship Consultation:
  •  Ensure completion of required forms and proper case documentation 
  •  Monitor case progress and closure 
MCMI Support:
  •  Maintain case statistics and support operational improvements 
  •  Assist in case coordination and teleconsultation assignments
