About the Job
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Takes vital signs, medical history, digital signatures, and records results in the Patient Database.
  • Assists as triage nurse, queuing patients for testing units to ensure efficient PEME flow.
  • Ensures completeness of PEME forms and forwards to the Documentation Unit for medical certificate processing.
  • Monitors and updates daily inventory of supplies used by PE Doctors.
  • Tracks PE Doctors’ attendance, shifts, and leave; coordinates with operations for scheduling.
  • Prepares examining rooms with required forms and equipment, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Submits monthly census reports to the Medical Operations Director.
