About the Job
Responsibilities:
  • Source candidates through ads, online platforms, and agencies.
  • Coordinate with universities for alumni pooling.
  • Invite applicants for interviews via email, text, or calls.
  • Screen resumes, administer psychological tests, and conduct initial interviews.
  • Endorse candidates for final interviews with supervisors and HR.
  • Verify background and employment history through references.

Placement:
  • Issue pre-employment requirements and schedule medical exams.
  • Ensure document completion for employee records.
  • Collaborate with HR Manager on job offers and contracts.
  • Complete payroll enrollment and ID issuance.
  • Enroll new hires in biometrics for attendance tracking.

Qualification:
  • College Graduate with B.S. in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or any related course;
  • With at least 2 years of experience in Recruitment & Placement;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • A high degree of clerical skills;
  • Organized, highly analytical, and detail-oriented
  • Can start work ASAP
